These terms govern your use of Thola (tholaleads.com). By creating an account you agree to them. Plain English; if anything's unclear, email hello@tholaleads.com.
The service
Thola helps you capture leads, follow up on WhatsApp and email, book appointments, and get paid. Some features depend on accounts you connect (your WhatsApp number, email provider, payment gateway, AI key); those run on your own credentials and are billed by those providers directly.
Your responsibilities
- You are the responsible party for the contacts you load — record a lawful basis and honour opt-outs.
- Message only people you may lawfully contact, and follow WhatsApp's and Meta's policies.
- Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
- Don't use Thola for spam, unlawful, or abusive messaging.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by card; you can change or cancel anytime and the change is prorated. Usage-based costs you incur (WhatsApp/email/AI on Thola-fronted accounts) are metered and may carry overage where you've opted in — never a silent charge. Bringing your own provider account is free of Thola usage fees.
Availability & changes
We work to keep Thola available and improving, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features with reasonable notice. Dormant/paid integrations stay off until you enable them.
Liability
Thola is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under South African law.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account anytime; we can suspend accounts that breach these terms. On closure we handle your data per our Privacy Policy.
